CAROSOL Semi Sec is a fresh and fruity sparkling wine. Pale yellow colour, bright and clean.

Refreshing flavour of gentle citrus notes, highlighting tropical fruit and apple with floral remindings. In the mouth it is balanced and persistent with balanced acidity and a touch of sweetness, resulting in a very fresh wine. Nice and pleasant with a silky elegant finish.

Best serve with any kind of fish and seafood, soft cheeses and desserts.

Alcohol Content: 10% vol. Serve between 5 and 8ºC.
